48 Hour Cancellation Policy: You are charged in full at the time of booking. At least 48-hours’ notice is required for a full refund. We will also be happy to try to reschedule your cruise. Refunds may take a few days to process.
CANCELLATION AND WEATHER POLICIES
Weather: Our boat is equipped to cruise in most weather conditions, however, it is the captain’s call on whether or not we tour. If your trip is cancelled, we are happy to rebook for another day, or refund if unable to reschedule.
Cancellations: 50% refunds will be given if cancelled within less than 48 hours.

No shows will not be refunded.
Please note: Your safety is of our utmost priority. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any cruise at any time. If your cruise is cancelled, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule at another time. If your trip was cancelled due to misconduct, no refund or reschedule will be given.
